Express courier delivery

Packages are shipped by express courier throughout the country and in EU (implies extra cost). Parcels are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

If you have opted for the cash on delivery option upon receipt of the parcel, the courier must give you a receipt attesting to the amount paid.

Courier shipping cost:

Delivery throughout Romania via Cargus courier - 25 RON
Duration: Processing time + max. 48 hours in Bucharest / max. 4-5 days in the country

Delivery time:

• orders placed during the week are delivered within 24 – 48 hours of telephone confirmation.

• orders placed on weekends (Saturday, Sunday) will be shipped on Monday.

IMPORTANT!

• In the event that the package is broken, unsealed please refuse the order and contact us, Maxishop Europe SRL does not ship damaged packages.

• As a restrictive measure for customers who do not pick up the ordered products, we reserve the right to no longer ship new orders without their payment being made in full in advance by bank transfer.


Pick-up from the office

Order conditions with pick-up from the office:
- payment is made only by online card or bank transfer (in advance). Cash collections are not made at the company's headquarters.

What you need to do to benefit from this service:
On the order completion page, select the Pick-up from the office method and complete the order by paying by online card or request the proforma invoice at the time of order confirmation, to make the payment by bank transfer.

Wait for the confirmation by e-mail or phone informing you that your products have been prepared and you can come and pick them up from the office selected by you.

Important:
There is no store/showroom at the offices. Products can only be picked up from our headquarters based on an online order paid by card or bank transfer (in advance).
