Return Policy

It's normal if you change your mind. At Sanitare-Online.ro you have 14 days to return.

Products can be returned or exchanged within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, after previously sending an email to the address vanzari@sanitare-online.ro, where the order number through which the product was purchased and a phone number where you can be contacted are mentioned.

The cost of the return will be borne by the buyer.

The return policy is addressed to both individuals and legal entities.

In case a product exchange is requested, the new product requested by exchange must be mentioned.

After receiving the email requesting the return or exchange, you will be contacted by phone in order to establish the necessary details.

The package with the returned or exchanged product will be sent by any express courier to the headquarters of Polygrain Trading SRL. in str. Pavel Ceamur 2 B, corp C, Popesti Leordeni, Ilfov

To return or exchange a product, it must be in the condition in which it was delivered and with the packaging intact.

The following products cannot be returned:

Products cut to the size requested by the customer
Personalized products
Products that are part of a promotional package, e.g. 4 pieces for 200 lei (only if all products in the package are returned)

After shipping the package, an email is sent to vanzari@sanitare-online.ro mentioning the chosen shipping method and the package number. The cost of the return/exchange is the responsibility of the buyer.

When the product reaches us, we will send you a confirmation email.

In the event of a return, the value of the product will be refunded to the buyer's bank account, within a maximum of 15 days from receiving the confirmation email regarding the receipt of the products.

In case of exchange with another product from the offer, it will be shipped according to the previous delivery, the cost of the exchange also being the responsibility of the buyer.

For orders paid by card, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction, within a maximum of 14 days from acceptance of the return.
